Alfredo Sauce

Spinach Ravioli with Alfredo Sauce
Alfredo Sauce

Serves 4

In a medium saucepan, melt over medium heat:
8 tablespoons butter

Whisk in:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream

Whisk in:
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons of your favorite herb
(basil, rosemary, sage, and thyme are my favorites)
1 teaspoon pepper

Serve with fresh pasta.

Eat up!
